Delivery Policy

UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands:

UK Shipments of our CBD & Cannabis products are handled by either Royal Mail or a door to door courier for example DPD. This depends on your delivery address & the postage option you choose at checkout.

If you choose a paid shipping option, for example, Standard or Express Shipping, your order will be sent using a fully tracked service during transit you will receive tracking notifications.

If you choose a free shipping option we reserve the right to send your parcel using an economy service.

No matter the shipping option you choose, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed using our Express Tracked service before 12pm are normally dispatched on the same working day and take 1 working day to arrive. This is not a next day guarantee or service.

Orders placed using our Standard delivery service are dispatched within 48 hours using Royal Mail 48. On average this will take 2-3 days to reach you.

International Shipping:

International shipments are sent via fully tracked international mail or DHL Express. A tracking number is provided to you after your order is dispatched.

All orders are dispatched with pre cleared customs documents & invoices, submitted electronically to ensure the fastest possible transit times.

Once an order is dispatched we are not held responsible for delays in transit. You the customer are responsible for importation charges or duties which maybe payable upon importation into countries outside of the EU.

Once you have placed an order and we have dispatched it, you are in control of your delivery. If you require any paperwork, for example an invoice or certificate of analysis please contact us.

We ship CBD products to all countries possible, other than those in conflict or those known to have banned CBD.

We take absolutely no responsibility for orders delayed, or destroyed by customs due to the legality of CBD in your country. Please check the legality of CBD and Cannabinoids in your country before you place an order on this website, as rules or local laws change regularly.

We do not under any circumstances, cancel – nor refund an order once dispatched internationally. Please ensure the legality of CBD in your country before you place an order.

International payments:
If you are unable to pay online for your order and reside outside of the UK then please contact us. We accept payments for our CBD and Cannabis products via all major cards & crypto currencies.

Same Day Dispatch Cut-off for Express Shipping:
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received on or after this time will be dispatched the following working day (please also check our holiday opening times below).
