Due to hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products — including CBD e-liquids, oils, or consumables — even if the taste isn’t to your liking.
We do not issue refunds for any part of an order that has been opened and consumed. We appreciate your understanding.
Think you’ve received the wrong item or something faulty? We’ll sort it. Email us at hello@canavape.co.uk with your order number and photos if needed. If the issue is genuine, we’ll put it right.
All electronic devices and vape hardware sold by Canavape®, including batteries, refillable devices, pods, cartridges, tanks, chargers and other hardware items, are covered by a 30-day fault warranty. This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults only.
Electronic vape devices, batteries, pods, cartridges, tanks and coils are functional products that will naturally wear, degrade or fail over time depending on frequency of use, maintenance, storage, charging habits and the type of liquid or product used with them.
Our 30-day fault warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper charging, poor maintenance, liquid damage, blocked airflow, burnt coils, reduced battery performance over time, cosmetic damage, damage caused by incompatible products, or faults caused by incorrect use.
Pods, cartridges, tanks and coil-based items are consumable hardware components. Where applicable, these are covered only if they are faulty on arrival and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. This allows the buyer to check that the item is in good working order before use. Once used, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless a genuine fault is confirmed.
If you believe an electronic device or hardware item is faulty within the warranty period, please email hello@canavape.co.uk with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video where requested. We may require the item to be returned for inspection before any replacement or resolution is offered.
We will not refund or replace any electronic device, battery, refillable device, pod, cartridge, tank, charger or hardware item that stops functioning after the 30-day fault warranty period has passed, unless required by your statutory rights. Where a product manufacturer offers a longer warranty, this must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

International orders are non-refundable and final once dispatched. This includes any orders delayed, held, or refused by customs.
