We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies below are simple and designed with that in mind.
If there is a fault with an electrical device or an issue with your delivery
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help resolve it or track it down for you as quickly as possible.
If you’ve changed your mind:
Hey, we get it – sometimes you change your mind. If that happens, you've got 14 days from the day you placed your order to send back any unopened packages in perfect condition. Just make sure the box is still sealed with our outer seal intact & no inner products have been touched! We're all about keeping things cool & customer-friendly, so we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days of receipt. Please note, though, the return postage cost is on you. Need more info? Drop us a line at email@example.com, and we'll sort you out.
Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost.
If you don’t like the product:
We're all about the love for our products so it's super important to remember that because our products are consumable, we can't take them back once they've been opened. Whether it's a matter of taste or an unexpected reaction, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or in the instance that you do not like the taste.
But hey, we're here to help! If you think there's something up with your product, like if it's faulty or not the real deal, definitely reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Those are areas where we can step in & make things right.
And just a heads-up: if you're returning something unopened within 14 days (as we chatted about above), remember that the cost of sending it back is on you, as per our terms & conditions. We appreciate your understanding & are here to assist with any concerns you might have!
