Returns & Refunds Terms & Conditions

At Canavape®, we’re committed to providing high-quality CBD vape products, CBD e-liquids, and CBD oils that meet our strict quality standards. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Changed Your Mind?

No problem. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return unopened items within 14 days of placing your order.

Conditions apply:

  • Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
  • Our outer seal must be fully intact and inner products untouched.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs - these are deducted from any credits to your account or card.
  • We do not issue refunds for any CBD-liquid, oral oil or consumable product under any circumstances, so please do not return them if opened, used, partly used or other.

Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Just email us at info@canavape.co.uk to get started.

Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products — including CBD e-liquids, oils, or consumables — even if the taste isn’t to your liking.

We do not issue refunds for any part of an order has been opened and consumed. We appreciate your understanding.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Think you’ve received the wrong item or something faulty? We’ll sort it. Email us at info@canavape.co.uk with your order number and photos if needed. If the issue is genuine, we’ll put it right.

No Returns or Complaints via Chat

Please don’t try to handle returns or complaints through our website’s live chat. It’s managed by a real human — not an AI — and they’re not trained to deal with returns or complaints. For anything return-related, always email info@canavape.co.uk.

International Orders Are Final

International orders are non-refundable and final once dispatched. This includes any orders delayed, held, or refused by customs.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds go to the original payment method or nominated bank account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once returned goods are approved.
  • If you return partly used, consumable goods, eg: CBD-e liquids, this will delay the refund process, because we do not accept the return of opened, or partially used goods.
