Welcome to Canavape.co.uk, the official online store for Canavape®, a registered trademark and website operated by AOHA Limited.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Canavape.co.uk and purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
AOHA Limited is a company registered in England & Wales under Company No. 14067897. References to "Canavape", "we", "us" and "our" mean AOHA Limited operating the Canavape® website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Canavape Rewards is being discontinued during September and October 2026.
As part of changes to our business following new UK legislation affecting the promotion of vaping products, Canavape Rewards will close completely before the new promotional restrictions take effect on 29 October 2026.
Further information about the closure is contained in Section 11 below.
Canavape sells CBD products, vaping products, CBD oils, vape devices, cartridges, accessories and other associated products.
Products are offered for sale where we reasonably believe their sale is permitted under applicable UK law. Products must only be purchased, possessed and used for lawful purposes.
Products sold through our website must not be used where their possession or use is prohibited.
Customers ordering outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking the laws and import requirements applicable in their country before ordering. Further provisions relating to international orders are contained in Section 9.
Canavape does not provide medical advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for an authorised medicinal product, products sold by Canavape are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided on our website, packaging, product pages, blog, email, WhatsApp or through customer service is provided for general product and educational information only and must not be interpreted as medical advice.
We cannot advise customers:
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about using a product, you should seek appropriate advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other suitably qualified healthcare professional.
We are happy to provide factual information about our products, including ingredients, cannabinoid content, laboratory testing, product specifications and directions for use.
We maintain manufacturing and quality-control specifications for our cannabinoid products. However, cannabinoids and other naturally derived ingredients can exhibit normal batch variation and analytical laboratories may report slightly different results depending on sampling, equipment, methodology and measurement uncertainty.
Unless a product-specific specification or Certificate of Analysis states otherwise, our internal manufacturing and analytical acceptance tolerances are generally:
These figures describe internal manufacturing and analytical tolerances only. They do not override any mandatory legal requirement, product-specific specification or your statutory right to receive goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality.
Where laboratory results are published, they relate to the sample and batch tested and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every individual unit will produce an identical analytical result.
Canavape operates an 18+ sales policy.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase products from Canavape.co.uk.
From 29 October 2026, UK law prohibits the sale of vaping products and nicotine products to persons under the age of 18, including nicotine-free vaping products.
We may use electronic age-verification services, request identification or carry out additional checks where reasonably necessary to verify age.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any information provided for age verification is accurate and belongs to you.
We may cancel or refuse an order where we cannot satisfactorily verify a customer's age or where we reasonably suspect an order is being purchased on behalf of somebody under 18.
Prices displayed on Canavape.co.uk are the prices applicable at the time an order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Where Vaping Products Duty or another tax, duty or regulatory charge applies to a product, it will be incorporated into our pricing or otherwise charged as required by law.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
All products are subject to availability.
If we discover an obvious pricing, stock or product-description error before accepting an order, we may reject or cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any payment already collected.
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
An automated order confirmation or payment authorisation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
Unless we expressly tell you otherwise, a contract between you and AOHA Limited is formed when we dispatch the goods and issue a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary. Reasons may include:
If we refuse an order after taking payment but before a contract has been formed, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Businesses interested in stocking Canavape products should apply for a wholesale account or contact us directly.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We are responsible for goods while they are being delivered to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Risk in the goods will normally pass to you when you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them.
If you independently arrange for a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option, risk may pass to you when the goods are handed to that carrier in accordance with applicable law.
If you expressly instruct Royal Mail or another carrier to leave a parcel in a nominated safe place, with a neighbour or at another nominated location, the carrier may attempt delivery in accordance with those instructions.
We strongly recommend that age-restricted, valuable or consumable products are not intentionally left unattended.
If you report that an order has not been received after tracking records show delivery, we may investigate the delivery with the carrier and may take into account:
A carrier's delivery scan does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Where there is any conflict between our policies and mandatory consumer law, your statutory rights take priority.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies to an online purchase, you normally have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of the cancellation.
Goods must be returned with reasonable care and customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Certain sealed products may be unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This may include, depending on the product and packaging, consumable vaping products, e-liquids, cartridges, mouth-contact products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods.
Where the statutory hygiene exception applies, the right to cancel may be lost once the relevant seal has been broken.
This exception does not remove your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Where you validly exercise a statutory right to cancel, we will refund sums due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This will normally include the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive or enhanced delivery service, the additional amount paid above our standard delivery charge does not normally have to be refunded.
You, the customer are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation unless we have agreed otherwise.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation provisions above.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@canavape.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and details of the issue.
We may request photographs, batch information or other reasonable evidence to help us investigate the matter, but doing so does not remove your statutory rights.
We offer international shipping only to destinations that we choose to serve. Available destinations may change without notice because legislation, carrier policies and import restrictions change regularly.
Customers ordering outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking whether the products ordered may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination country.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AOHA Limited is not responsible for losses arising solely because a customer ordered a product contrary to the import or possession laws of the destination country.
If an international parcel is returned to us because of an import refusal, unpaid customs charge or other border issue, any refund or redelivery will be considered in accordance with applicable law, our Returns Policy and the circumstances of the shipment. Where legally permitted, actual non-recoverable shipping, return, customs or carrier charges may be deducted.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Canavape customer service is primarily provided in writing.
For returns, complaints, delivery enquiries and other order-related matters, please email:
Customers may also contact us through the WhatsApp messaging facility displayed on our website for general customer service enquiries.
WhatsApp calls are not monitored and we do not provide a telephone medical advice service.
Written communication enables us to maintain an accurate record of customer enquiries and provide appropriate information about orders and products.
As explained in Section 2, customer service can provide factual product information but cannot diagnose conditions, recommend products for the treatment of medical conditions or provide advice concerning medicines or medical treatment.
Canavape Rewards is a promotional loyalty programme operated by AOHA Limited. The programme is being permanently discontinued.
Customers may continue to earn purchase-based Canavape Rewards points on eligible orders successfully placed and paid for by 23:59 UK time on 30 September 2026.
From 1 October 2026, no new Canavape Rewards points will be earned from purchases.
Any other Rewards earning methods, including referral, review, social-media, account, birthday or promotional bonuses, may be withdrawn as the programme is closed and will in all cases cease no later than 30 September 2026.
Existing Rewards points may continue to be redeemed during the closure period.
All remaining Canavape Rewards points and any Rewards coupons generated from them must be redeemed against an eligible completed order by 23:59 UK time on 28 October 2026.
From 29 October 2026, Canavape Rewards will be closed and Rewards points and Rewards coupons will no longer be accepted through Canavape.co.uk.
Generating or converting points into a coupon before the deadline does not extend the redemption period. The coupon must be successfully applied to an eligible completed purchase by the final redemption deadline.
Rewards points:
If a failed payment or technical error results in points being temporarily deducted, please contact hello@canavape.co.uk promptly so that we can investigate. Restoration of points following a technical issue does not extend the final programme redemption deadline.
Previous references to a standard Rewards points validity period do not extend the operational availability of Canavape Rewards beyond its closure. Where applicable consumer law requires a different treatment of an accrued customer entitlement, we will deal with that entitlement in accordance with the law.
The closure of Canavape Rewards does not affect your statutory consumer rights in relation to products previously purchased.
Any promotion, discount or offer is subject to its stated conditions, availability and applicable law.
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated.
We may correct, withdraw or refuse a promotion where it has been published or applied in error, used fraudulently or used contrary to its stated terms, subject always to applicable consumer law.
From 29 October 2026, Canavape will operate promotions involving vaping and nicotine products in accordance with the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 and associated legislation and guidance.
This includes restrictions applying to promotional free distribution, promotional coupons and substantial promotional discounts involving vaping and nicotine products.
Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful standard pricing, legitimate stock clearance, or other pricing arrangements permitted by applicable law.
Where Canavape offers a subscription or recurring-purchase service, the specific price, frequency, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms applicable to that subscription will be displayed when the subscription is entered into.
Recurring payments will only be taken in accordance with the subscription terms agreed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
You may contact hello@canavape.co.uk if you require assistance with a subscription.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights applicable to subscription contracts.
You may use Canavape.co.uk only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors. We may suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons.

You are responsible for reading product labels and safety information before use.
AOHA Limited is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss or damage caused by deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification, improper storage or use of a product contrary to clear safety instructions.
This does not affect liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Products sold through our consumer website are intended primarily for personal use. If you use products for commercial or business purposes without entering into separate business terms with us, we will not, to the extent permitted by law, be responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, border disruption, regulatory intervention, network failure or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
If such an event materially delays an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will continue to honour any cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes information required to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, perform age-verification checks where applicable and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, technology or applicable law.
The version of the Terms applicable to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the relevant contract is formed.
Changes to these Terms will not remove statutory rights or retrospectively alter a completed consumer contract where doing so would be unlawful.
The latest version will be published on Canavape.co.uk together with its last-updated date.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and contracts made through Canavape.co.uk are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Consumers may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer and jurisdictional law.
