Canavape Shipping & Delivery

Tracked UK delivery for CBD vape products, CBD oils and accessories, with free delivery on orders of £50 or more.

UK Delivery, Including Northern Ireland

Standard Tracked Delivery: £4.95, or FREE on orders of £50 or more.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. We select the service for each parcel, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow extra time during busy periods, bank holidays or postal disruption. Some remote locations may take longer.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

Dispatch is subject to payment confirmation and completion of order checks. Any temporary changes to our dispatch schedule will be shown on our website.

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Safe Places & Delivery Instructions

If you arrange a safe place or nominate a neighbour through Royal Mail, please choose somewhere secure and check your instructions carefully.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery information, your nominated safe place and any neighbours before contacting us. We will help investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

International Delivery: Currently Paused

We are currently accepting orders for UK delivery including Northern Ireland & ROI only. Our international shipping information is retained below for reference. These services are unavailable while international delivery is paused, and rates and estimates will be reviewed before shipping resumes.

Republic of Ireland

Tracked Shipping: £12.99
Estimated delivery: 2–6 working days from dispatch.

Sent via Royal Mail and An Post with tracking. Irish orders do not include UK VAT; local import taxes, duties and handling fees may apply.

Worldwide Delivery

International orders use tracked shipping. The carrier and available service depend on the destination and parcel contents, including any restrictions on batteries, devices or cartridges. All delivery estimates below run from dispatch and exclude customs delays.

International Customs & Import Requirements

Before ordering for delivery outside the UK, please check that the products can legally be imported into your destination country. Rules for CBD and other cannabinoid products vary between countries.

• Local import taxes, duties and handling fees are not included in shipping charges and may be payable by the recipient.
• Customs checks can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
• We provide customs documentation, but clearance is determined by the destination authorities.
