Its porous quartz pad delivers unparalleled taste when used with suitable waxes & crumbles, but remember to only use a tiny amount following the user instructions. Once the flavour reduces replace it with a new quartz unit (sold separately).

*Important Warranty & Operation:

• Never overfill the quartz chamber with concentrate, only use half a grain of rice size at a time.
  – Do not allow liquid into the device, do not turn the device upside down whilst depressing the cup
  – Liquid damage voids the devices warranty – do not overfill the concentrate chamber

If using the ACE Cup with any concentrate, never over fill the quartz chamber. Doing so may flood the device rendering it unusable. Pay attention to the manufacturers instruction and use a small quantity at a time until the chamber is entirely empty. Regularly clean the device as per the manufacturer instructions. We are unable to accept returns of the ACE cup due to user error or internal/liquid damage.
